    these are generally pretty difficult to find, and various attempts at modifying quarter mechs have met with varying degrees of success....

    this little guy came up in another thread i was reading... it doesn't look anything like an original coin mech, but it does look like it would work... was thinking about ordering a few to try them out, unless someone has had a bad experience with them...

    Looks simple enough... prob won't reject anything, but should rout the coin,"or anything else that size" to the switch.

    There does not seem any reason it would not work but it appears to be just a passageway to the coin switch with no reject mechanism or need for it. It would just need the x4 locating pins attached as there seems to be locating holes in the moulding.
