Did you check the coils if they are OK?
I think the right coil is not good.Check all coils.Looks like the left one is ok

Also check and the switches on the flippers assy.Measure them for good values-when contact it must buzz(the multimeter) and show near 0.
Also you can try to swap the left fliptronic type 2 board(not on the backbox,the one on the left flipper button on the cabinet) with the right one.May be bad optos or R on the right board.
