.05uF caps will be fine. The value isn’t really that critical. I’ve used .01uF in a pinch and they worked fine.

The bulbs in the pop bumper sockets usually become loose. If so, you can squeeze the top of the socket together slightly with pliers so the bulb will fit snug. For the other lamps, you can try twisting the socket to see if it lights (bad socket). You can also try grounding the colored wire soldered to the tab on the bottom of the socket. If the bulb lights, either the SCR on the lamp driver is bad or the connection between the socket and lamp driver is broken.
