Quoted from NickelandPickle:

Grandnational007 I don't have a manual unfortunately, but I was able to leverage some information I found on pinwiki to perform the coil test. It seemed to cycle through all the tests without an issue. The coil test (#17) displayed in the 'credits' window while the number in the 'ball in play' window changed as it cycled through different tests. In the player 1 score window '00 06' was displayed throughout the test. The player 2 score window had something strange displayed, I attached a picture below documenting what was shown there.
Knxwledge I removed each fuse while the machine was off. I tested each one for continuity. I found that the F12 fuse did NOT have continuity. Upon examination of the fuse, I found that it was 1A 250V. I went to hardware store and bought a couple replacement 1A fuses and also 2A both rated for 250V. You mentioned that those fuses should 2A, so that's why I picked them up. After installing a new 1A fuse, I found that bumper was not working still. I popped out the replacement fuse and found that it did not have continuity.
Embarrassing to admit, but I believe that I might have reversed to connections when I soldered in the replacement coil. Could this be causing the issue? Also how do I know what is the right and the wrong way to wire these up? There's a diagram on the coil, but I'm not sure how to read it. I attached some pictures of it below.

We need to see a photo of the coil that includes the lugs and wires running to it. Yes, wiring it backwards will make it not work. There is also a nearby switch that triggers the coil. We need a photo of that too.

I am comparing it to a Haunted House pop I found on-line. Seems wired correctly.

A very likely problem is your pins are worn out. There is a little cable that runs from the MPU to the driver board. Those pins are obsolete now but work arounds do exist.
