Restoring a Getaway and wanted to build a rotisserie but needed more wood and hardware. Every time I restore a pin I want to build one and never do. With the virus going out to buy more of what I needed wasn't possible. So I made do with what I had here out of scrap wood. Nothing fancy but it does allow you to work on both sides of the playfield. If you want to work with it higher just put it up on a table or bench.

It does flip both ways without removing it and if you put it on a table you can work standing up. I used 3/8 bolts and T nuts for the pivots mounted in 1 1/2 inches of plywood 3/4 X 2 sandwiched. Just remember the bolt diameter is smaller than the T nut diameter. So on the T nut board side the hole is larger that the bolt side.

Here are some pictures. The pivot bolt hole center is 13 1/2 inches from the base which I made from a scrap of 2 X 12. That gives me about 2 inches of clearance between the base and the playfield back. That space allows the playfield back board to clear when you swing it around to lay flat with the underside facing up. That L shaped 2 X 2 is what holds the playfield in place pressing against the playfield and the inner leg. It's not attached and can be pulled out and put left, or right on the front or back of the playfield to hold it upright.. I only double legged the base because I didn't have any scrap 2 X 4's long enough and wanted the length to avoid any chance of tipping. The legs overall lengths are 32 inches.

PS: I put the metal strips under the bolt washers to support it and avoid any chance of the playfield weight elongating the hole and pulling out the T nuts. Don't know if this is necessary. I also Gooped the bolt hole, flat washer and under the T nut. I used red Locktite on the bolt and nut threads too. The T nuts used were with the teeth. Had I been able to find the ones without teeth I was going to double T nut each side ( inner and outer ) with bolts threaded the entire length.
