I have a pool sharks game and a hot shot Alley is not scoring… The scoreboard flashes but does not add up any points? What could possibly be wrong? Thank you in advance

Something else must be going on then, because I get none of that!? I do get the command go for the eight ball, go for the nine ball, go for the trick shot… But I’ve never heard go for the jackpot it must be a CPU issue?

Thanks for your replies... turns out I had corrosion from the battery pack. I’ve since upgraded the boards and eliminated the batteries
