    Quoted from phillymadison:

Pac you should hide some secret images in the rock sculpts. Like a little Pac-Man or Mickey Mouse head like they do in Disney. They even did it in one of the Indiana Jones movies.

My ex neighbors prior house had rock work done by a Disney guy. They said they had lots of hidden stuff in it and that they spent a lot having it done.

    #102 6 years ago

That’s amazing how they shape that and put detail into the cement. So cool!

    #103 6 years ago

    So cool....keep the pics coming

And the custom matching outdoor game room...perfect for pinball

I'm intrigued with the flooring in the custom outdoor game room. Is that the glue and paper backing from ripped up linoleum? That stuff is a bitch to remove.

    #105 6 years ago

Well, maybe i should revise that. I just know that during the coldest month here it was like $600 to keep the house warm using propane.

Seeing where i'm at with the project, where would you put the torches?

    Quoted from Pinballlew:

I agree he needs to revisit the cost of them especially being a fan of Indiana Jones. Two would be unreal and so cool and two torches would burn minimul propane...I’m sure 10 gallons would last the summer.

Yeah, it really is an art form. I'm incredibly lucky to have found this guy. He's booked solid till September.

    Will do. Thanks!

Maybe i'll hide some PACMANs in the cracks.

I have come up with a suggested flame layout, some of them will not be able to have concealed piping due to the walls being complete, however you could place the pipes to the outside of the walls and disguise the pipe as a vine, rope, etc.

From the photos shown A, B and D should be achievable , C may not be worth the effort.

    Once again awesome pool area.

    Green lines = gas lines

I think they would look great near your rope bridge personally. You could also just hook them up to individual 5 gallon propane tanks covered in some like theme camouflage.

Close...it was an outdoor Carpet that was glued down.

I’m thinking of using those Lino. Square tiles that look like tile..they even have fake grout lines.

    #112 6 years ago

$212k, actually. Odin lent him the money.

Why not real tile, DIY? Can't say I enjoy laying real tile, but that isn't too big of a space.

Too cheap and lazy...loud obnoxious tile saw vs. a simple razor blade to score a line and snap them over your knee.
Would also have to lay Hardi backer.

Might just lay some outdoor carpet again.

Surprised you hit on the glue lines on the concrete and not the dozen car doors, gas tank, steering column and more...

Maybe I’ll post some after pics if it ever gets done...Enough about my lame project though...this is Pac’s Big Ballin Grotto

Working on the top of the cave. Water will come out here. Then there will be like stepping stones to get across if you don't want to walk through the stream to the waterfall.

Does the pool enhancement affect your insurance premiums much? Thinking you might need to post one of these at the entrance

I've got a few of those already.

What I really miss is that string of colored lighted Tiki heads I had over my front porch back in the 80s. I have looked and looked but can't seem to find them anywhere.
