this all really sucks - I would love to have a GNR but I am going to sit on the sideline to see how this plays out
No way could I deal with those PF issues, but I can live without this game

Quoted from Lhyrgoif:I agree that the pinball manufacturers should have this fixed by now, but comparing them with other products in the same pricerange isn't really fair. If you took a 10k speaker and fired heavy metal balls at it all day long I'm sure they would get dents, chipping and other damages too. Pinball just so happen to have a very demanding environment which obviously other products dont have. You dont see people kicking, hitting or dropping their speakers
Maybe becuase speakers are not designed to have heavy metal balls fired at them all day long
Where as a pinball machine is designed to have heavy metal balls rolled on it's playfield
Quoted from pinballaddicted:I am ok with that. Play the shit out of your game and then if you want to sell it with a new playfield, easy sale. If you want to keep it you can get the new playfield clearcoated properly by a playfield restorer and fit to have a new game again
Personally, I would have no interest in buying that, even with the new PF
I can't do a PF swap, so that offers me no benefit.
