EMs should be set to 5 ball
SS and beyond should be set to 3 ball
for games that were released as both (Target Alpha, Night Rider, etc) defer to 5 ball as that was how the game was initially designed
but for the love of all that is decent and holy not 4 ball. it feels SO unnatural
