With Fast and Furious 7 and Superman vs. Batman both being delayed a year....this probably messed Stern up quite a bit. I'm at a loss for speculating on what's coming down the pipe.
Seems to early to do another Spider-man or Transformers, or X-Men, all summer 2014 movies.
From Summer of 2014 that is not Transformers, Spider-Man, or X-Men:
Godzilla
Dawn of Planet of the Apes
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Since Stern likes revisiting themes (albeit not too close in time like X-men, etc..) that makes Godzilla and TMNT candidates.

I didn't realize The Planet of the Apes was due out this year. From what I looked up on the internet I didn't see that possibility. Otherwise, it would had been on the poll.
The new Superman vs Batman movie was recently delayed to 2016.
