Quoted from Only_Pinball:

As long as it's brass plated and not the aweful mustard gold they used on the MMr LEs

Funny how we all have different tastes. First of all I can't understand why anyone would want TOTAN or TOM? Have you never played those games? Second is the idea of gold/brass/chrome (ghrome) vs powder coat. I can't stand ghrome. As far as I'm concerned the two tackiest looking pinball machines of all time were TAFG and LOTR LE. Both of those games look terrible compared to the original. Sure there are some poorly chosen powder coats, but none that look as bad as ghrome. Give me a nice textured grippy powder coat like AP uses any day.

Played a Williams Indiana Jones at Pinfest Newcastle on the weekend. I'd buy one of those in a flash.

Yeah if they could swing a wide body and land the license, IJ would sell HUGE!!

I saw the CGC guy at Free Play Florida yesterday. The CCr sure is pretty. The LED lighting really makes the game look better than ever. I did mention to him that no one will be buying ToM or ToTAN because those games suck and he should make White Water next!!

Quoted from LTG:

They work hard at shows. I'm sure a good laugh helped lift his spirits.
LTG : )

Yeah it was late in the evening and it was kind of a fun conversation. He knew I was joking but he also shares a love for Whitewater. Free play Florida directly follows IAAPA, so he was at IAAPA show Monday through Friday and then moved the games to Free Play Florida Friday evening. Talk about busy and working hard, you hit the nail right on the head!

TOTAN, TOM and CV are all hard passes for me. Not even the slightest chance. Wake me up when its Whitewater or IJ.

Quoted from Sorokyl:

they originally made 7000 white water... vs for example 3128 totan and 2704 cv. White waters sell on here for $7-8000. Not really much reason for them to make it. Just buy the original

A Whitewater on fire goes for $7-8000 these days. A nicely restored one goes for much more, where just a few years back they were $5000 at most. People know it now for the great game it is. CV and TOTAN are mostly about the artistic looks. There are four wanted ads for WH2O on pinside right now vs ZERO for TOTAN and CV. They made 12,700 Indiana Jones and look at the demand for those.

I would be down for TZrLE.

Quoted from punkin:

I don't like TZ. I must be the only one. Had them here on loan and never really fell in love with it. Despite making wizard.

It was my first pin back in 2000, so still sentimental favorite I suppose.
