Ryan from CGC said they will be releasing 2 games per year, and they are currently working on 5 pins (I think I remember this correctly).
So we may see #5 sooner than we think.

I thought Popeye had undeserved bad reputation before I found one to play. When I finally played it I really tried to like it and although I didn't have that much fun right from the beginning I played It for about 1h in total over a day (location had all its games on freeplay and used entry fee instead) but it never got better and in the end I had to agree with most other people, this game just isnt any good.

Tom was definitely on CGC's radar at one time. Not sure what to expect now but we know there's a lot of money to be made by re-making IJ TPA based on used sales lately. I hope it gets done.

I wonder when game 5 will get released? They said 2 games per year. I assume the next remake will be in early 2023 as a independent title may be next?

They say 2 per year, but they are doing 1 per 2 years.
