Nope they can't use CCC it's not compatible. Either CG will have to modify the code themselves or leave it alone and release the code the way it is.

Will be strange to have a 'remake' where the game is pretty different from the original, but I can't imagine they will just sell it with the unfinished code either.
Thanks for the info, I thought this agreement was in place. Sorry for the misinfo, hope they succeed in their venture. I've followed it from the beginning and they are great guys that can get this done for sure.
