Quoted from Rarehero:

I've played it, it's awesome. People who own one like to say that it's only good cuz it's rare as they don't wanna see the value tumble. Nah, it was remade once because it's a cool game. It's just as good as any of the late 90's Williams games. Like MB, the "shallow code myth" is just that, a myth. BBB is just super fun, oozing personality, has great art and fun features and toys.
A CGC version would be awesome, as it would be better than the original and much cheaper.

The look, the audio, the humour all remind me of Douglas Adams' Restaurant at the End of the Universe.

Quoted from Bublehead:

For what its worth, I think an independent, un-licensed theme from the B/W lineup of the past that deserves a sequel, which could be very lucrative if they do a good job of incorporating original assets into a sequel title and retain the “fun factor” that draws people back to these titles of the past. We have seen 2.0 versions of existing tables, Bride 2.0, and the CCC enhancements, the non-code CGC enhancements on their remakes, and I ask you, as a CGC owner myself, would you be intereseted in AFM III- The Third Wave from CGC? Or MMII, or even Monster Bash- The Farewell Tour... and they totally change up the main toys but keep the themes? Yep, sign me up. They could make sequels of older titles and I would not just nibble, I would be taking huge mouth-sized chunks, I would be eating this up with a fork, knife, and a spoon. But lest we not forget, the recent BKSoR release from Stern tried to capitalize on this very same thing, and although I enjoy flipping the new table, when I am done, I feel I would have had just as much fun playing either of the two orginal titles, which doesnt say alot about SoR, at least beyond the twinge of nostalgia I get from playing it. With software updates it might get better, game wise, because it flipped nice, and some of the shots are exactly the same as the old tables. Just my $0.02

They did that with Jackbot and Pinbot. jackbot gets no love, even though it’s the better game hands down.

Quoted from Dr-pin:

. . . maybe it will sit just perfect right next to a toy-story pin?

I'll put it at the opposite end of the row from Toy Story, problem solved

Please announce CC before Texas so we can focus on game #5

Please skip CCr altogether and move on to BBBr

Bring on IJR with Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull modes and art. Pinsiders will love it!

Contradictory, yes. Hypocritical, no.

Why is a Big Bang Bar remake considered taboo by many, but a Scared Stiff remake is okay?

My cats won't let me get Mousin' Around, bu apparently someone is making a 22 hour round trip top get one.

Quoted from NC_Pin:

I have been holding out for CGC new game all year (I nearly bought a TMNT), but I don’t think I can pass on the new Elwin.

I can.

Pass.

See, it’s easy.

Quoted from lllvjr:

Addams family will never get remade... Christopher Lloyd does not give out his likeness. Which is why the last Addams movie was animated and fester looked nothing like him...Addams family is a no go don’t even bother hoping

Does this mean no new BTTF pin too?

Quoted from brobra:

If I were to predict the next cgc remake(s), it would have to be Totem based on these factors.
1) Next highest non-licensed (invented/original) theme on the top 100 After MM, AFM, MB.
2) lower production under 4K units.
3) requires no tricky 3rd party licensing (like seeking licenses from studios or actors).
After that is has to be white water and cactus canyon as a 3 game offering after the big 3 (mm,
AFM, mb).
I did skip Elvira as the stern EHOH is hot.

TOTAN?

Quoted from LTG:

World famous Punchy The Clown. Fred Young did the voices.
Remake is rumored to have shaker motor, RGB lighting, mirror blades, under cabinet lighting, added Fred Young voices, huge animated clown topper. And a thing that electronically reproduces circus smells. Popcorn, cotton candy, elephant poo, hot dogs.
LTG : )

Mmmm, elephant poo

I think you will see more remakes boom from Haggis and CGC soon. Think they are ironing out Supply Chain issues

Inside information or educated guess?

#1815 2 years ago
Quoted from LTG:

More like three remakes and their own games, which they have been working on for some time.
LTG : )

Please let one of those be BBB!

If I was CG, I'd find out the leak and plug that shit up. All that hard work to have a twat give it away.

Who's the twat? K-man or the mole?
