Your table produces sounds throughout a range. Your sub works best on the low parts of that range.
Given that the rest of the speakers are small, they will do a poorer job of reproducing any sound in the range your sub will function in. So set your sub low pass filter as high as possible. That will probably be 150 Hz or so, depends on your sub. Mine goes as high as 125. I have it set at about 100 because I have other speakers that do an adequate job down to about 100.
