No voltage at the coils what about voltage farther back in the circuit? You need to trace it back as far as you can go to find the dying components. The flipper circuit is pretty straigtforward - transformer to bridge rectifier/fuses, relay, then the interconnect board. It's probably going to end up being a cracked header on one of those boards.
