All, there is a ball kicker (out hole) underneath the ramp. When you launch the ball, it should veer to the left, land in the kicker, and be shot out to the left toward the pop bumpers. However, my shots have NEVER come out that hole. They go straight up and travel back down the launch shoot, exitinginto the lower ball kicker. Am I missing some kind of guide that is supposed to funnel the ball into the upper kicker....I dont see how the ball would ever go that way on it's own. Frustrated

Nevermind all. After locating a book for the game, I discovered there is a missing ball gate which deflects the ball toward the kicker.
