This leads to a great question. What's the average person taking for time to install this great mod? Trying to figure out how much time to budget for the job. I'm trying to watch the vids several times, and read the manual thoroughly, before hand, so I'll be familiar with all details.

The tv is on sale right now at BestBuy for $89.99, went on sale Sat 2/15, but doesn't say how long the sale will last.

Installed the mod on Monday, love it! Instructions were top notch, easy to follow.

One thing I'd like to point out. Make sure there is plenty of slack in the cable that leads to the head. I had my cable routed through a hook in the back corner, and that didn't leave enough slack for when the head was lowered. I was very careful in lowering the head the first time, and realized there was tension on the mod cable leading to the head, and caught it before there was any serious damage (did bend a couple of molex connector pins slightly, but nothing broken). Just be very careful lowering your head the first time after the mod install, and make sure there is plenty of slack. Removing the cable from the back corner hook gave me the slack I needed to lower the head, without the cable getting in the way.

My power supply arrived on Monday, finally had a chance to install it this morning. Took about 30 mins, mainly due to knocking out the HDMI cable on the back of the TV while plugging in the original TV power cable, and having a hard time getting it back in "blind" with the TV mounted. I am using a USB power adapter plugged into the new power supply to power the RPi, and the new power supply to power the TV. Works great! Thanks Mike!
