When I first got this game, I did a teardown, and as part of that I cleaned up the plunger and replaced a few parts. Ever since though, it's had this problem where the sleeve pulls out with the plunger rod. I tore it apart again just now to look at it, but as far as I can tell it matches the breakdown in the manual. Anyone have any idea what would cause this?

Ah, thanks! I didn't realize the plunger sleeve had a shoulder like coil sleeves did. Guess I'll order a new one.

Actually, I cut the spring on purpose. I got a brand new one when I first got the game because the plunger wasn't reaching the ball, so I figured the one that was already on the game was too long. I put the new one on, but realized it was still the same size... I cut it a little bit shorter and ever since it's worked great (Besides the sleeve coming out, it course).
