Attention all pinball designer-builders within 750 miles of Sturbridge, MA! Pintastic New England wants you to bring your creations to our 2017 show in early July.
    https://pintasticnewengland.com/game/
The above page is for games in playable condition. If you have a work-in-progress, we still want to see how it's coming along, and there is time available in the seminar schedule for a discussion similar to what we had in 2016. PM me with questions, special situations, etc.

For 2018, our new system of bonus points lets you earn extra swag in addition to the free admission for game-bringers. Custom-designed and re-themed games are at the top of our points chart! Start planning now so that your game can be ready to show off by June 28th!

There are a couple custom-themed games coming, per
    https://pintasticnewengland.com/games-list/
but I don't see any full-on homebrew games yet.

Bump for 2019: we have at least one full-on homebrew game whose designer hopes to have it ready in time. All the stuff from before about blue ribbons and Bonus Points still applies, and I would like to have a panel of homebrew game creators. What will YOU have ready to show (and discuss) by June 27th?

    Quoted from gdonovan:

Any interest in a Bally Grand Tour?

Sure! Pintastic is known for having a strong representation of EM games, including add-a-balls and low-production models. Grand Tour's production of 1310 qualifies it for a couple Bonus Points. Bring your nicest EMs and you'll have a shot at the blue ribbon (https://pintasticnewengland.com/best-in-show/). I hope you'll be there this year!

More time to prepare! The 2020 edition of the Pintastic New England show has been cancelled. The show will return in 2021. Discussion of the 2021 show is over here:

Of course, we will continue to monitor the worldwide pandemic situation and make appropriate adjustments.

Game registration is open for Pintastic New England, November 18-21, 2021. I have advance word that a few homebrew games are coming, and (as usual) we will likely have a panel discussion on the subject. Get your games ready!

It's the day before the show opens, and as of now, we have NINE custom games coming to the show, well above our previous record! Homebrew developers panel is Friday at 3:30 PM.

Onward to 2022! John Manuelian has already registered THREE custom designs (yes, from scratch) on the list of games coming to the show! That must be a record for a single pinball game developer at a single show!

Retired pinball designer and manufacturing executive Jim Patla is coming as a Special Guest for 2022! We expect several other professional designers and factory people to be at the show, and they'll provide critiques on the custom games.

Bump for 2023. Now in Marlborough, we will have a special room dedicated as a custom games showcase! I already have rumors of several custom games that will be there, and a public promise that Circuit Meltdown will be there.

The updated Pincraft will make another appearance.

We will also have the homebrew developers panel and a seminar about updating rules on older SS games. Will you have something to show? The registration link given in post #7 still applies.

With 3.57 weeks to go, we have TWELVE custom games registered, and I expect more! If you're considering customization or partway through implementation, make a plan to be at Pintastic this year, and set aside Friday afternoon for relevant seminars.

It's the Friday before the 2023 show opens, and we already have a record-breaking SIXTEEN custom pinballs, plus one homebrew video game designed as a tribute to that coin-op video classic, Gauntlet by Atari. Custom games may overflow into other rooms of the show!
    https://pintasticnewengland.com/
If you need more reasons to come, our Friday afternoon seminars should be of special interest to game developers and customizers.
