Well, Inlaws... My inlaws are 180 degrees out of phase with my wife and I. Lets just say, I can't understand how my wife ended up the exact opposite of her parents, but hot damn am I glaad she did. I get along with everyone fairly well otherwise on that side of the family. Over the years I have come to relish the fact that they are nowhere near the circus my brother has had to deal with his inlaw siblings. His wife grew up in a 9 person family and drama was just the beginning... I went to a few "family events" before I figured out I was "busy" anytime they were having a shindig. I'm pretty sure they violated many a Noise Ordinance during the heat of battle. My brother always opined confidentially to me, the only reason he didn't have to "gird his loins" for one of these events was he was always the smartest guy in the room to begin with... not much girding needed for the Ringmaster to face the Lions in the center ring.
