    Don't know, but it looks like the inspiration for the Sesame Street Pinball counting song.

    I have never seen that one before! Are you sure it is pinball and not from something else similar size? I know early machines didn't use score reels but typically they had something other than just art on them?

    Many early games with a backflash didn't require it for game operation. Into the early 40s, game titles would be screened onto the playfield ball arch area, because that's where the player was used to looking for the title (there was almost a decade of games where that was the expectation).

    Keep in mind that many games were still on timers and all the lamps would shut off after a couple of minutes.

    Everything was a new idea. Once mechanics were added to the head, it stopped being optional (this game has mechanics in the head).
