The only thing wrong w the machine was the sound. I ordered a new sound board from ksarcade. Put it in and the sound works but both upkickers do not work, everything else does. I turn it off unplug the sound board turn it on and the upkickers work. Not a fuse not a coil. What would cause this?

That doesn't make any sense at all.

I must have been confused, the fuse at f14 was blown. So it couldn't have worked when thebsound board was unplugged. Or maybe it did, sometimes I think my haunted house is haunted.
