Hi Raff, currieddog +
see the JPG, bottom - is it the "balls return" Coil ? Kicking when the motor is turning and the Y-Relay is pulling ? The Y-Relay does not stop pulling ? See upper right corner in my JPG - stuff is missing. Raff - currieddog - do You happen to have a complete schematics ? Please post a picture of "missing stuff" - so I can complete my schematics. Greetings Rolf

Hi Raff
thanks for the Link You posted in Post-6 - but "New World" is not "Conquest 200". See the JPG - I added stuff from New World in the upper right corner - a Switch-Motor-6C opens and makes the Y-Relay to quit pulling --- but Conquest 200 does NOT have an Motor-Cam-6 ... Look about in the middle of th e JPG - a short wire runs from "Coil on Y-Relay" to "Switch mounted on the Y-Relay" - THIS is the Self-Hold-Switch of the Relay --- on the other Blade of this Switch starts a wire - wire-color-YE-BLK (?). Look on the Motor-Switches for a wire with this color - maybe on Switch-Motor-5B ? Greetings Rolf

Hi Raff
schematics are not "exploded view" drawings --- they are drawn abstract, looking beautyful. Look in Your pin at the Coil on Y-Relay - on one side of the Coil is wire (most likely color "RD" - red) and on the other side of the coil is a short wire running to a switch on the Relay (the Self-Hold-Switch). On this switch on the other side is a wire - maybe color-YE-BLK, yellow and black. Look on the switches on the Score-Motor for this color (I assume YE-BLK) - I first would look at Motor-Cam named "5" (outmost mounted) - on Switch "second from the bottom". Maybe You take a picture of Y-Relay in Your pin and show it (?). Greetings Rolf

Post written not knowing about Post-16 ...

Hi Raff
here https://www.ipdb.org/showpic.pl?id=557&picno=15054&zoom=1 we see in the Backglass "Balls to Play" - this tells us "a new game starts on Ball-5 - then for the next Ball it steps down to Ball-4 etc.".

My JPG "shows" the missing corner --- we might be able to reconstruct / redraw the lines for wires - but definitely not switches and theirs text.
On behalf of Y-Relay - on the second JPG in Your post-12 I see "TWO wires-red to solder-lup on Coil" - actually it is ONE-Wire-red hopping (daisy-chained) from one coil to next coil to next coil etc. On the other solderlug on the coil - wire-color-maybe-white-red ? - have a close look to all Normally-Open-Switches mounted on the Y-Relay - do You find this color-maybe-white-red also on a mounted Switch? Greetings Rolf

Hi djreddog
please show us the missing upper right corner of the schematics - maybe just a picture with the camera on Your mobile phone --- I then can turn around - drawing lines in MS-Paint so the quality of Your picture does not matter much - as long as it readable. Greetings Rolf

Hi Raff
good - You found the wire on the SWITCH on Y-Relay. The other blade on that Switch has soldered-on a wire of color???. Now look in the upper left corner of JPG in Post-11 - a wire (not so short) runs from solderlug on coil to switch mounted on the relay --- on the other solderlug / blade on that switch runs a wire of color??? (the one You see in YOUR PIN). In that upper left corner of the JPG the text to the wire is YE-BLK. Then read Post-8 --- look on the Score-Motor. Maybe You have (by now) the schematic "missing corner" and can look-up WHAT Switch on the Score-Motor to inspect - truely opening when the motor turns, actuates the switches there. Greetings Rolf

Hi Raff
great - You made progress. I hope You have marked the position of Player-Unit BEFORE loosen the grub screws, changing position. Maybe it was faulty - but it is / would be good to know "the way it was when I (You) got the pin".
I am irritated - I thought the problem was "Y-Relay does not quit pulling - stays pulling forever" - my writing about this - last in Post-20. To be up to date - please write a post "actual problem(s) is/are ...". Greetings Rolf

Hi Raff
look at the JPG - when You (wear rubber gloves and) press the armature on Y-Relay and let go - and the Y-Relay STAYS on its own PULLING for a while: "stuff marked red" functions - the Self-Hold-Circuitry functions. When You start a new game, manipulate a bit BUT You can then play through the balls to finally get to Game-Over: "stuff marked green functions".
The wiring I have "marked blue" I believe is used when it comes (in the end of starting a new game) to kicking out the very first ball to be played. I do not really understand the used words / expressions in the schematics --- I must brood - but here in Switzerland (south of Germany) it is just after hour 22:00 - time for me to go to sleep. Till tomorrow. Greetings Rolf

Hi Raff
please write about (Your post-21) "... and the game came back to live and played a whole game ...". This sentence I took for (see JPG in post-24) assumption "marked red stuff functions, marked green stuff functions" - do I assume right ?
Looking at "marked blue stuff, wiring" JPG in post-24, on the left: Wire-YE-RD (the one You have found on the switch on Y-Relay) runs to switch on Bonus-Unit, the other solderlug of that Switch has soldered-on wire-BLK-RD. Look on the Bonus-Unit for this switch (with the wire-colors). When You start a new game and then it it comes to the fault - is this switch truely closed ?
Wire-BLK-RD runs from Switch on Bonus-Unit to a Switch on R-Control-Reset-Unit-Relay - when it comes to the fault - is R-Relay PULLING and its Switch truely closed, clean ? Greetings Rolf
