Quoted from currieddog:Any rate, did you check that the trough sw. is gapped correctly?

First thing I checked was the trough switch they are good.

Quoted from rolf_martin_062:is it the "balls return" Coil ? Kicking when the motor is turning and the Y-Relay is pulling
Yes to both.
Raff
Hi Rolf there is no small wire on the Y relay coil going to a switch on the conquest 200 schematics it's only on the new world schematics.
Raff
I think the switchs on the score reels might be out of ajsument does anyone know the sequence for the three switchs on the score reel like at 0 then 1-8 and 9
Example Are the switchs all opened when the score reel
is at 0 or are is the top closed and middle and bottom open ???. Any advice is better than none thanks.
Raff.
Ps_to Rolf there is no red wires on any of the relays
Going back to the switchs I did see anthore post about the same game where you posted and yes I could see the red wires but this game no maybe the guy I bought it off took them off.
Raff
Thanks Howard found a video on YouTube
On a New World machine the guy on the video shows
When the switchs are supposed to open and close
I was in luck on that note they are all in the right place now ,but I am starting to think
My trouble on this machine is the ball count unit
I think maybe the person before me took the ball count apart and put it back wrong, please correct me if I am wrong but on this game the first ball is 5 then 4,3,2 and 1 then game over.

Quoted from rolf_martin_062:On the other solderlug on the coil - wire-color-maybe-white-red ? - have a close look to all Normally-Open-Switches mounted on the Y-Relay -
Yes found the other wire going from the solderlug to the switch on the Y_relay coil

I found that the player unit was out by around 5 steps so I loosened the 2 small grub screws and put it back where it supposed to be pressed the start button the C Relay pulled in but nothing happened to the Y relay but I manually activated the Y relay and the game came back to life and played a whole game without any issues so the problem is getting that Y Relay to pull in at the start of the game.
And thanks Rolf and others for helping nearly there.
Raff
Hi Rolf the only problem left now is at the start of
A game the Y relay is not activating that's the only problem left
If I had the start up sequence that would help.
Raff
Machine fixed
I cleaned the single switch at the bonus unit because the machine wasn't giving the bonus that fixed it then
Had anthore look at the switchs on the score reels and noticed the top switch on the 10,000 reel was supposed to be closed but looked opened so I cleaned the switch
And closed it tighter and started a game and yep it worked reels reset, the relays pulled in ball kicked out and it was game on ball 5 then 4,3,2,1 Game over so far working good.
Big thanks to Rolf and Djreddog and Howard for helping

Fix one problem get anthore one.
The coil on the spinner unit is locked on once the start button is pushed and the coil on the match unit in the back box locks on too .
Hey Djreddog can you post a picture of your spin unit at the coil that's under the playfield bottom right, just need a photo of how it is wired up to the coil.
Raff
Quoted from djreddog:Let’s us know how it goes.
I believe I found why the spinner coil was locking on all the time because one of the 1202 relay coils in the match unit is no good when testing the Ohms on that relay it read around 27.00ohms the same relays were around 6.2 ohms so I disconnected the suspect bad relay then powered the machine up started a game and the coil at the spinner unit was not locked on anymore so I put down to a bad relay at the match unit. With that relay 1202 disconnected would that cause the the 2 spinners on the playfield to stop giving score.

I was wrong about the coils at the match unit they are good the only problems left on this machine is the coil at the spinner unit locks up when a game is started and no score at the left spinner and right spinner I put some photos up maybe someone has rewired it wrong.
