Quoted from pinzrfun:Thought I'd update this thread. I finished my swap and dropped the pf into the cabinet earlier in the week, and surprisingly (to me anyways) it fired right up.
Over the past few days I've tweaked a few switches, replaced a half dozen lamp sockets and such, but no major problems, and it plays fantastic.
The thing looks like a piece of candy, I almost don't want to play it.
My first swap, I'm proud of it, but really all I did was rebuild some old mechs and install a bunch of brand new playfield parts. The guys that mask off and airbrush old playfields back to life are the real artists. Just the same, feel good about it. Learned a LOT, thank you to everyone on this thread.
For those with a discerning eye, if you zoom in to the bottom of the "S" on "Double Bonus" above the right flipper, you can still barely see where I punched through the pf. I've yet to notice while I'm playing though, or even just looking at the game really. Someday if i get really bored I may try to make it perfect. Doubt it though.

Looks Great! Is that a CPR PF?
