I've never owned a pin before, but in preparation I ordered a playfield protector for TWD Premium. During shipping somebody stepped on the box putting a giant hole in it. I've inspected the playfield as much as I can, it looks like it probably isn't damaged. The hole in the box bends down all the way to the playfield so they definitely put pressure from their shoes on it (you can even see the footprint).

The only place I could find the TWD Premium playfield protector was from Best of Pinball in Germany. Should I reach out to Best of Pinball? Will somebody standing on the playfield protector damage it?

Also, from what I can tell looking at the edges of it while it is still packaged, it seems kind of sharp. Some of the corners really come to a point, is that normal? Will that damage the playfield over time?

After having played with it, are you happy with how the ball moves with the protector on? Still waiting on my TWD to ship.
