    Bally Hi Lo ACE 1973 .. The playfield lights start flickering on and off when I start playing game checked fuses all are good . But I noticed that the fuse holders are really shitty and the fuses have issues staying in holder . I feel this is where my problem starts . Has anyone experience these issues with a fuse holders what other issues could cause the lights to do this

    Most likely the fuse holders. Order a ton as this is very common in older games. It's almost easyier to change them all out before even powering on a machine of this era. They used really cheap fuse clips back then.

    I use this part number to replace my fuse holders: BK/S-8002-1-R. You can find them online from many retailers.
