I have a 1977 Eight Ball that I just bought. I do not think it had much use in the past and it has probably been 20 or more years since it worked. I got everything working as far as the electronics go and now i am gong to take everything off of the playfield and replace what I can. The playfield paint looks really good but i would like to seal it so it is protected and stays looking good.

What is the latest thoughts on how to do this and what products? Should I scotchbrite it first? A sealer first then different top coat? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
