How can I get new Play cards for my pinball machine. The ones that say 1 play 50 cent, and the other information about playfield info. I have an Addams machine. I would think this would be stored somewhere in a word .doc file that could easily be printed.

I found the play instructions as a .pdf on the machine page. all I need is to find the card for the other side with the "one play for $$". any one help?
