So I ordered a Doctor Who Time Expander Decal Set from PlanetaryPinball.com on Dec 19th. They sent out a tracking email almost immediately , but somehow I deleted it.
Fast Forward to today. Still no decal in the mail. I call them and am told to send a quick email to parts@plantarypinball
I fire off an email and they respond with an email back with the tracking number showing it was delivered Dec 22nd. They tell me to check with the Post Office and let them know the response. "Oh great" I thought, my mailman delivered it to the wrong address and I'm screwed. I call my wife and she verifies that she checked the mail that day and we didn't get a large white envelope. She then asked the neighbors and they haven't seen it. Finally she calls the Post Office and they said since it shows "Delivered" there's nothing they can do.
Well I shoot off another email to Planetary telling them and figured I just lost out on $35 or so. NOPE! They respond a few hours later with a new tracking number fir the new decal set they just sent off!
Man what a company! Above and beyond!
Just want to say Thanks to PlanetaryPinball. With all the "bad" feedback we see here on Pinside regarding "other" companies, I thought it would be nice to show the Great side of customer service also!
