I have never been there, but heard a pretty clear consensus it was less than desirable. Large space that wasn't even close to filled up and a lot of games turned off or simply not working close to properly. While I've never been there to see this, I've heard this from a whole bunch of people that have been down there unfortunately. I'd like to pop down there, but so far

Not sure if you can make it as far North as Lincoln City, but a guy has just opened his Bar/arcade there. It came out really nice. He's got at least 10 pins and lots and lot of classic vids. Also, at the Casino in town is Metallica, Xmen LE, Iron Man, and Batman. You can check little ones that may not appreciate games at the arcade for a fee and play at either place, as long as they are older than 3. Spouses can be checked in at the casino .

    Have fun,

    Ground Kontrol or Strykers Arcade

Once you get into portland there are 100s of little places with 1 or 2 machines.

I was there on 6/16 & it was WAY-WAY too warm inside to enjoy myself in there, would have stayed a lot longer but I could not stand it. Not that it was a warm day outside either.
Other than that Stryker's was great... beer, pinball.... what more can you ask.
    TURN ON THE AC!!!!

Salem will be getting a Barcade soon -- The coin jam, on Court street in the downtown area.

Looks like they spent a ton of $$$ on it from what I could see. Opening soon - hopefully early July.

Is Lincoln City and Strykers about 3-4 hour drive from the Coos Bay area?
If so I may take a long ass day trip with the little woman.

Coin jam in Salem opened last night 11 pins on location, all in NICE shape. Wizard of Oz, Guns & Roses, Lord of the rings, Simpson's pinball party, Twilight zone, Tales of the Arabian nights, & more... All DMD's no EM's or SS's. Heard that they ran out of beer & food - did not anticipate such a large crowd. They need to work on the AC, it was HOT in the back with the pins.

    Still nothing in Milton-Freewater.
