    Hi all if i have a matching number it awards a free game and the knocker goes off and if i turn the power off and back on again the knocker will go off again any help would be great thanks.

    Can you continue the game after you switched back on?
    If yes, check the game over relay.

    I have only turned it off at the end of the game but i will turn it off half way through a game and c what happenes

    If turning game off and on ,game can still be played.

    The Hold (R) relay should be continuously energized during game play, let go when you switch the game off, and stay off after you switch the machine back on.

    Thanks Howard right again it was a switch in the R relay, the switch wasn't opening when it was suppose to. And thanks to inkochnito for your help.
