Hoping someone can shed some light on this, as the instructions are a little vague. Run the test, get the normal operation (1,2,3,4 flashes). However, according to ChrisHibler youtuube video, the LED should pulse constantly after the tests are complete. Mine locks on. Any thoughts?

U4-u6 are new and confirmed working on another board. 5101 is a new nvram.

Here is one of the videos I've made with Marco's test ROM.
The end of my video test does behave differently than your test.

I don't know what the continued blinking means. The "manual" seems to say that the program continues to test the RIOTs.

I'd say put the board in a game and see what it does.
