You did so much well that I have to think a while to come up with anything to improve. I do like the suggestion of having a few seminars that deal with basics (on up) of pinball maintenance and repair. Anything that demystifies pinball for novices is a good thing. Same goes for buying pins and for playing. A newbie track of seminars could be taught by volunteers and might well help to attract new people if advertised in advance. Have a pin to demonstrate on and perhaps a few reserved for practice. You wouldn't have to try to do everything each year. Perhaps think of this as a two- or three-year cycle of short classes. I believe that these would appeal to my sister and brother-in-law, for example.
