PinStar Gamatron daughterboard & backglass needed

I have a very nice Gamatron conversion playfield I would like to build into a whole machine. I am missing the daughter board that plugs into the Mpu and a backglass. I really want to piece this game back together and see it play again. Any help locating the last few bits would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You would be better off running Flight 2000 roms or Alltek and Stern SB -300 soundboard and call it a day. Otherwise it is just a headache, IMO

I have 2 Gamatron's running daughter boards and they are some of my most reliable machines I have. Never had a problem and been through like 10 Texas Pinball Festivals. Find the boards and do it right. Back up is the F2k approach. Which will work.

It'd be cool if bg resto did BGs for this... No more plexi

Been done so I would think getting one shouldn't be that hard.

Ohh....It's as easy as that?? I thought this was going to be a serious project from the light reading I've done thus far. With the alltek and BGresto having the backglass art file it appears I just need to find a doner cab and then throw a bunch of money at new parts. I'll start saving and searching for the doner game.

Hopefully it's as easy as it sounds as I'm excited to have a fairly unusual game in the line up!

The main issue I think is the sound board... I don't think the speech boards are made currently? Not sure if you can buy a non-speech one that's compatible

There's some discussion about this stuff in my Gamatron thread: https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/gamatron-resurrection

Yep, just run F2K code and an SB-300 sound board. That's exactly what I'm doing.

The speech board would sound strange spelling and saying "blast off", when it should be spelling and saying "Gamatron". Just run it w/o speech.

Yes it is. I am running this exact setup. Truly plug n play.

This is where I got my soundboard-and new cables to mpu.
