Hi
I have pinsound in my GNR and everything was great until all sounds stop. One game it was fine and the next, no sound.

Someone post a pic of its pinsound board in the GNR club and I can see a difference with mine. Mine has the "running" led (031) flashing in orange instead of solid Green has it should.

I checked connectors, sound in the cab, file in the USB stick

Any idea where I should look?
Thanks

Hi
I plugged headphones and all I ear is the bip sound from the card. Waited 4-5mins and started a game with no success.

Is the red ligne on the ribbon cable should be plugged at right it left on the card? I tried both ways and now i'm not sure what' a good.

Thanks a lot for your time. Great product!

Hi
Finally have acces to the game. By removing the ribbon cable on CN21 from the CPU, I realize there's a missing pin on row19 (first pin to the left)

Is it my problem?
Thanks

Quoted from PinSound:

Can you confirm the small green LED is blinking on the red daughter board?

Green led is always on

FWIW, I just had the same thing happen on the board in my TZ. Used a different USB stick and it started back working.

Tried it with no success. Changed the board with another DAtaEast. No success either.
Pretty sure it's pinsound my problem

Mine is solid Green from the start with no booting sound. I Will wait for the Guy of pinsound to join in with solutions!

Is there a reset on the pinsound board? I would try to start over like the first time I plugged the USB stick.
My mix is pretty large (900mg zipped) and I can't unzip it first with the software (no computer where I am). It Will take forever to load it up in the game but I could try (first time I loaded it it took 10 hours

You're maybe right but I don't want to play too much with the board. I contacted by email one of the pinsound guy yesterday. No answer but They were at expo. I'll let them get some sleep
They always been true gentlemen

It still stays solid green without USB stick in it

Quoted from Grinder901:

Did you have a resolution here?

I had to send the board back to get a new one.
It worked fine 2 weeks and died again.
My next step is to contact pinsound again but I'm pretty sure that after 1 reship it becomes my game the problem.

Still sour about the cost of this non-functional board on my desk
