just installed the board in my Gunsn,rose. no prob. super easy

I downloaded the last firmware and uploaded it the board. no prob. super easy

I downloaded Julien's mix and uploaded it in the board. Suuuuuper long (it tooks like 3hours)but still super easy

I restart the game and...nothing.
It only boot after 2-3 restart...weird

when it's finally ON, nothing really happen at start. the little chime from the boards starts and a guitar riff follows (sounds like a bad midi track...pretty sure it's not what it should be)
Also Only the right speaker is working.

When I start a game; nada. no sounds at all.

what did I missed?

I did it and it makes a little chime, a woman moan and the intro of slash's godfather runs for 5 sec.
I press start and still no sounds
(but my speaker problem was just a loose connection)

When I start the game the pinsoud board is ''biping'' 10-12 times (with the orange led on the board)
is it ok?

Dumb dumb dumb!
It was the ribbon cable.
Thanks a lot and i'm A fan of this product. Gotta get one for my IJ next!

Good question..
I know The file was near 250mg.
I simply drag and drop it in the key.

I'll try your method next time. Thanks for the input
