Just received my first Pinsound Plus board and have installed it into my Star Wars DE machine. Unfortunately, it's not working so I'm hoping someone here may have a suggestion before I attempt support from Pinsound.

The board status LED blinks white 6 times on startup (indicating it knows it's in a DE machine). However, then the status LED goes red and nothing happens from their. Per the board, this means "Amp Fault" and per Pinsound documentation online (https://www.pinsound.org/help/pinsound-plus-help/#1516894631303-9a7ebdfd-96cb), this means "amplifiers overcurrent detected".

Any insight into what's going on and how to resolve?

Timothee at Pinsound identified that I wasn't getting enough voltage from the 12v input -- going to order one of their DATA-EAST Power Booster splitters and that should resolve the issue.

Just to close this out, I received the power booster splitter from Pinsound and as expected, this resolved the issue. Sounds amazing...
