31 days ago they posted that they never got your email... when did you re-send it and did you get any acknowledgment at all?

Game is Johnny Mnemonic. This was my latest Pinsound board purchase as I had bought BSD and TS a set months before this one.. Those are running perfectly with no issues ever.. This board though.. was always realllly slow to install the files from the USB drive… Much slower than my other 2… idk.. almost like it had an issue out of the box. All I can do is assume.. There is nothing as far as troubleshooting tips anywhere online nor is there an explanation as to what “Engine error” means or how it happens. I’ll be patient in the meantime. Hopefully someone has some time to respond soon.
Based on those facts, their customer service may not be as bad as it was made to appear. After all, they asked you to resend the email about a month ago and you didn't do it until today, so can't knock them for anything except ignoring this Pinside thread.

For me, this is the most annoying part. You don't create an indicator light for a mystery error, and then later say "it just shouldn't happen." Literal nonsense. It was designed to happen... so just explain what it means.
