I just put a pinsound board in my Indy 500. Updated the firmware as well. Problem is that wrong sounds play and wrong timing of music all the time. Any ideas?

I have a pinsound baord in my Twilight Zone using the DCS mix. Love it. when the pinsound board starts up the welcome tune plays VERY loud but the in game music and sounds are good. Is there anyway to turn off or turn down the welcome sound?
