Hi all, sorry for posting a new topic, but couldn’t find a PinSound owner’s club, so here we go! I’m intrigued by the tech, looks awesome. The games I have where it could be applicable are The Addams Family, Indiana Jones (WPC), and Indianapolis 500, the rest are all newEr games. I want to go all in on one of my machines with the full PinSound kit (board, speakers, shaker, etc). While I love the music of IJ the best, I think it already sounds very good, at least compared to TAF (to which the music sort of drives me nuts, it sounds like an old computer vs a symphony playing it). So thinking TAF would be the best machine to equip with PinSound, go stereo, etc, to see the biggest difference in no PinSound vs PinSound. Thoughts?

Not even sure I500 is in the running because the music isn’t real memorable, unless I should get creative and play some Sammy Haggar! But I’m not sure I’d be buying this to make the game less original, rather the original but just better.

Thanks for any advice!

I love my Pinsounds but it’s because I’ve made custom packages for both my machines. They’re both Data East so they were already in stereo. New music and in some cases callouts from the films they were based on.

I got Polk speakers and a random woofer off of Amazon and they sound great

Keep in mind you can have more that one sound package on the usb stick and easily switch so I have the originals in both machines as well.
