Seconded for Scared Stiff. And thanks for lowering the price of Walking Dead.

I expect to make it up this weekend. I'll be the guy carrying a stool behind a 3 year old pinball nut.

#5252 9 years ago

Orbitor 1 is now on the floor.

Games taken out as of late: Radical, Police Force, Spy Hunter.

New games in: Orbitor 1, Roller Coaster Tycoon, No Fear (a really nice one)

Games left in the queue in storage now all working that can be rotated back:
Secret Service, Xenon, Radical, Police Force, Spy Hunter, Star Trek Data East, Hurricane

Games in Rivergate ready to go to Antioch for the next rotation:
Q*Bert's Quest, Fathom

#5253 9 years ago

It's a pretty strong arcade when Xenon and Radical are in storage. Thanks again Jason.

Whuuuut?

#5255 9 years ago

Radical technically won't be there until tomorrow, Taxi is just coming back in.

It looks like Scared Stiff will not be the one heading to Rivergate.

If anything it will be Walking Dead.

Rivergate makes wayyyyy more money than Antioch, and to be honest they should have more good Sterns.

#5256 9 years ago

Radical is so awesome. I guess the upside is it will be preserved for future pinheads

#5257 9 years ago

We just don't have the room to put the others out..that is really what it boils down to.

Walking Dead please!!

Walking Dead is now at Rivergate on Free Play with any purchase of game time.

Diner has been pulled for Avengers.
Star Trek is now in transport here as well.

Hoping to get over to Game Galaxy this weekend. I've only played Avengers once so I'm looking forward to it!

We have some serious problem with Terminator 2 so it may be pulled on Thursday while Brandon tries and repairs it.

Main games down right now are Gladiators, Dr. Who, and T2. Dr. Who has some weird flipper issue we can't figure out, so it may be down awhile too as more research needs to be put into it. T2 will be swapped for Secret Service most likely since it has never been on the floor before in the arcade.

#5264 9 years ago

Well, lookie here what I found on Drac this morning.

image.jpgimage.jpg
#5265 9 years ago

Yeah I put that score up a couple of weeks ago when I was on my way to Cookeville.

Fathom is now on the floor in Antioch, Roller Coaster Tycoon has been sold.

#5266 9 years ago

Thanks for your quarters!

#5267 9 years ago

Just sold the arcade. David came in and bought both local locations with games and storage. I think it will changed later this week to MAME Galaxy as he plans on putting multigames in every spot.

Will see you in guys in a month, going to Japan to enjoy myself!

#5268 9 years ago

MAIM Galaxy. Oh, that hurts!

#5269 9 years ago

This must be an April Fools joke. Even he wouldn't pay money for X-Files.

BTW, saw on Facebook that AFM and Star Trek are on the floor now. Nice. Looks like the May tournament lineup is shaping up nicely (no Orbitor 1).

#5270 9 years ago

Hoooooly crap. Antioch is getting really awesome here lately! Maybe I can make it down in a couple weeks.

#5271 9 years ago

Why no Orbitor 1? scared? It's here too. I am sure the one switch issue it has will take 2 seconds.

#5272 9 years ago

and there is one more game coming in today as well. Q*Bert's Quest.

I'm going to have to agree with Jason on this one. I think Orbitor 1 might have to make an appearance in a future tournament.

It was in PAPA D division this year. It's such a luckbox, I kind of hate the idea. But if everyone wanted it, why not. I'm degenerate enough to put a side bet on it though!

I'm kind of thinking something like Star Trek/AFM/Fathom or Seawitch/(Mystery Game). What does everyone else think?

Jason, do I have to go pry that Tommy out of Matt's garage? Good help is so hard to find.

#5276 9 years ago

I think it should be there "once" because it is such a random throw in.

The sound is still having an issue on Tommy...I have another sound board coming once and for all to see if that really is the issue. I just recently found out Tales from the Crypt and Tommy are NOT using the same sound board for some reason.

#5277 9 years ago

Anyone need an EPROM programmer? I have a TOP853, looking to get a nicer one. Works great. Make me an offer.

#5278 9 years ago

well now thats its getting all hot outside i started getting my Next Gen fixed up. i sanded and bondo ed the cabinet then painted the sides etc. sent off my lockdown bar, legs, coin door, gun, side rails, back box brackets off to powder coating. all i got left to do is run a new ground braid and put the harness/transformer back in and she will be ready for the play field.

I'd buy Rocky back for the price I sold it to you for unless you added something to it? =D

Hey Jason, I replaced the DMD, I found a near complete set of plastics and replaced all the broken ones, replaced the broken 3D "BOMB" targets (had to get from a parted machine, and why are they not repro'ed?), found the missing left gate that enables the backbox animation (thought I'd never find that!), added leg/cabinet protectors, replaced the broken Lion in the backbox, and swapped all the bulbs for non-ghosting frosted variety that are bright but easy on the eyes. I put colored incandescents in the Tri-Ball wheel since I like how those look when exposed. New rubbers and star posts.

Of the games I have available it's the one I like the most. If you don't think the price is right just let me know. I'm a big fan of what you do to keep arcade gaming alive and want to be fair.

I sent you a PM I honestly don't know what you have in the machine now from everything you just listed.....

Lineup sounds good. You also have Dirty Harry as well. Been a lot of new games coming in.

#5286 9 years ago

We visited the Rivergate location today. Richard always does an awesome job at keeping the place clean and the machines working. I was surprised to see two rare pins there today (Gottlieb Caveman and Bally Atlantis)! Never thought I would see either in person. I like the way the GI casts a shadow on the backboard. Blackwater 100 was there last time. Dang Jason, getting some nice finds as of late. I'm going to Antioch next weekend to see Orbitor 1, Attack from Mars, etc. Again, never seen either one in person. I also joined the Swords of Fury club. LIONMAN!

By the way, the monitor on R-TYPE has been fixed. Richard told me it was difficult to track down the vertical rolling issue. What was the ultimate solution for that?

Anyone know if there will be any pin auctions this year in Nashville?

#5288 9 years ago

Crash, we have Blackwater 100 in Antioch now, just not on the floor. Antioch also has Rocky and Bullwinkle back as of this evening (our old one) in better condition.

jwinn1812: No pinball auctions in Nashville I can think of at all. Chris and Chuck don't plan on it due to lack of interest from consignors.

#5289 9 years ago

Crash: Ian cleans a lot of the pins as well =)

R-Type we had to send to a specialist, there was an issue with one of the knobs...had to get a new one.

#5290 9 years ago

Well that makes sense, it's a buttload of work for just one person to have on-site. So a bad POT on the monitor I suppose. Glad you finally chased the bugs out of that one.

#5291 9 years ago

Honestly if it was not for our friend Marv we would be still sending off chassises. He's local and very helpful to us and great for even doing this in the first place.

Between him and Mike and Lee and the regular crew I am not sure where we would be, it's a team effort for everyone but we all have to stay on top of things and that's the biggest thing. We have to pay attention to things but with as many pinballs as we run we're lucky everything is working...

Dr. Who should be back in Antioch next week, we has to send it off to Mike for repair, now we just ned to pick it back up....that means Secret Service may be the low man on the totem pole. No one seems to be playing it anyway.

#5292 9 years ago

Had to drop something off at Mike's yesterday morning. Dr Who looked good. That playfield glass sensor is one of the strangest things that I have ever seen.

#5293 9 years ago

Dr. Who was only there for repair, not to be shopped..but yes, it is a very strange sensor; the only kind I have ever seen in pinball.

#5294 9 years ago

Anyone looking for a Baywatch? I've been trying to help someone figure out various issue with his to no avail... I think it has an issue with the 5v power supply. Power supply is not original (could be the issue). The game doesn't always boot, the display driver board doesn't boot either. It has an upgraded color display in it (no $500 DMD to replace). He's out of Oklahoma. He's seriously going to part it out because he doesn't have any good help with it... unless someone buys it. If you want to try and save it send me a PM.

#5295 9 years ago

Dr. Who now back in Antioch.

#5296 9 years ago

You know what stinks?
Let's say you're a local business man who owns an arcade in the Nashville area, and you say to yourself, I think I'll bring my nice Attack from Mars to the arcade that you've had in your private collection. Say you have an impressive high score on it of about 17 billion on it. Then some local jerk comes in and just slightly edges past that score....

IMG_1007.JPGIMG_1007.JPG

What a jerk

#5297 9 years ago

I have enough backlog to deal with on Spider-Man and Star Trek, COME ON GUYS. =)

#5298 9 years ago

I think it's time to turn off extra balls.

Nice work Will.

#5300 9 years ago

After a little bit of a break our monthly tournaments resume on May 2nd at 2:00pm at Game Galaxy Antioch. Here's the tentative lineup.

Attack From Mars (yes, really!)
Star Trek (Stern, yes, this too!)
Fathom or Seawitch or Orbitor 1
Doctor Who

Hope you can make it out. For future reference, the tournament after this one is on June 6th. Mark your calendars!
