...and it seems encouraged. However, when someone points out their anecdotal observations of the industry cooling off a bit, or at least certain titles cooling off, Pinsiders are ready to raise all kinds of hell. What gives? I've noticed this big time while reading posts.
For example, when an AFM sells for $10,000, people are likely to say, "Welcome to pinball in 2012!" and their post usually has an exuberant tone. And when people are selling their slightly used HUO X-Men LE's for the low $6000's after paying close to $7000 for it a month ago and someone points out the peculiarity of it, they are lambasted. "One sale doesn't determine the market" and blah blah is what they are told.
