Quoted from Gryszzz:

Hope I'm not too late.

Its yours Gryszzz. Pretty solid album. Napalm Death are still killing it. I almost forgive them for the late 90's

#352 6 years ago

Fuckin with that Dying Fetus demo tonight KAPOW.

#353 6 years ago

JewBoy...yer the bestest. I got a pic of me with Napalm Death somewhere...(everybody but Barney, which is why it's lost.)

#354 6 years ago

One would never guess it, but everyone I've ever met from NE was really cool as ice. Who woulda thunk?

#355 6 years ago

Forgot how much I like Napalm Death

#356 6 years ago

didn't even know this album existed.

Cool as ice?

Favorite Iron Maiden singers:
1. Paul Di'anno
2. Blaze Bayley
3. Bruce Dickinson

Does that get me kicked out of the NE cool kids club?

Yes. Trailblazer.

Death Metal beginings...

#363 6 years ago

Haha! Always thought that was a chick singing that, and I wasn't wrong.

#364 6 years ago

Wow. Thanks for sharing the Napalm Death stuff. I remember seeing them live in '89 I think. While we could waste time arguing whether or not ND is "death metal" or not, who gives a sh/t. They are bad ass

#365 6 years ago

This track makes me break things,... usually my hand/elbow/shoulder bones.
THE SILENCE IS DEAFENING

#366 6 years ago

My introduction to the band and first Napalm album, well it was a cassette, that word looks so foreign now.

#367 6 years ago

I'm getting old

#370 6 years ago

#371 6 years ago

Dude! Just saw Incantation and DOH!....forgot to buy the new CD.
They were specfreakingtacular mang...I mean KILLER.

#372 6 years ago

No Incantation dates in the southeast. Bummer

#373 6 years ago

No FL shows? Being death OG's I thought they were legally obligated.

#374 6 years ago

Since seeing this thread, i have headed down the rabbit of old death metal cds. Holy shit, morbid angel was brilliant! I liked them in high school, but i didnt quite appreciate it like i should have.

The big three for me at the time were:

Scream Bloody Gore, slowly we rot, and that carcass album with a long name too hard to pronounce or spell for a simpleton like me

#375 6 years ago

DESCATHING THE INSALUBRIOUS?
Fuck yeah.

#376 6 years ago

Yes that was from memory hope I got it right. Tightest CARCASS of em all.

#377 6 years ago

Descanting goddamit.

love it. for me with most albums not just death metal give me 2 or 3 songs I love and thats all I need, rarely do I like a whole album in fact almost never. No love lost and Heartwork make it gold to me.

#381 6 years ago

#382 6 years ago

MEDICAL SCHOOL METAL.
I ❤ CARCASS.

#383 6 years ago

Just finished Descathing moving on to Heartwork. Yeah it's fckn b'dass but everyone's always like OH HEARTWORK so I'm not on board. Can you just descant or can you unscant too?

#384 6 years ago

I started listening to Carcass at Symphonies of Sickness. Heartwork was a totally different vibe. Not bad, just different.

#385 6 years ago

On to Cattle Decap

#386 6 years ago
Quoted from Gryszzz:

but everyone's always like OH HEARTWORK

"everyone" can and will ruin things, they have for me many times, stay as far away from "everyone" as you can, Let us not forget "everyone" thinks Metallica is a still heavy.
I'm really looking forward to the new Morbid Angel with my preferred vocalist, I have a feeling its going to be greatness.

#387 6 years ago

Just cut my grass today to Death Magnetic. Great album.
Where's WolfMarsh with his Haters Gon Hate gif?

#388 6 years ago

Roller skatin right by you.
Death Magnetic just came on.

Quoted from Hazoff:

My Favorite Band, new album Torment has some good tracks but not as good as Crypt or Undead, Haunted still reigns supreme for old school.
» YouTube video

I'm liking torment, let's hope it's not there last one.now that Jack Owen and Chris are talking it would be a shame to not do another album.I'm friends with Chris and the last time we talked back in March he was seriously considering retirement.

#390 6 years ago
Quoted from Puffdanny:

I'm liking torment

That album really went down fast for me, some good parts here and there, I'm hoping a new material with Owen will be better.

#391 6 years ago

Let's hope they do one!!!!!! I think they will,I guess I could find out....

#392 6 years ago

Belphegor recording their new album!

1 week later
#393 6 years ago

Aside from Vader probably my 2nd favorite death debut track

#394 6 years ago

That's a big can of worms though.
Internal Bleeding has to be up there, as does Lunatic for God's Creation.

#395 6 years ago

What's yer favorite death metal debut?

#396 6 years ago

Possessed - Seven Churches:

I still prefer the demo version

#397 6 years ago

POSSESSED. Yes.
Those little bastards were like 16 and 17...
Started a genre. STARTED. A GENRE.
Kids today got no double bass mastery they ain't raised right

The demo version is what got me into Possessed in the first place, then I bought the cd. I think someone had uploaded it on misfits central or something many years ago.

When are you going to start a Punk/Hardcore thread...
Here is some Poison Idea since you posted Youth Of Today

And Obituary to keep on topic.

#399 6 years ago

Yeah not tryin to peddle Youth of Today as double bass masters,...just what I'm listening to. Crazy kids.

#400 6 years ago

Double bass master mf technician.
