Only the first payment is 7 days. After that in the USA, it is every 2 days.
I switched to stripe on the day Robin announced it. It is nothing like PayPal, but I actually like it a lot more.
I have had a few people contact me that were confused about payment using stripe through pinside.... In those cases, I just interacted directly via PayPal with them.

I am confused ... Why do you have to wait two days to ship? If it is in stripe, the funds have been confirmed. Stripe is a legitimate credit card processor.
PayPal was the exact same, except they took 3-4 days to transfer to your bank account unless you paid an additional 1% to transfer instantly.
