Whatever it is, it seems too high at this point. The only posts I've seen pop up a multiplier are Robin's announcement ones.

Click Settings, then scroll to the bottom. It's the last radio button group.
I still have some of the basement show up on my frontpage despite disabling it, though.

You do have the option of dragging the bottom right corner to make it bigger.
