I feel it works great on muscle and joint pain but not on nerve pain.I think it would help your back and probably with the feet also.recommended dosage is usually 3-5 grams.I personally need 4 grams most days and on rare instances 5 or 6.I've taken it for years and it's still effective at the same dosage I started at with no build up of tolerance.
