Sure would like to have a chance to play The Simpsons: Pinball Party enough to get deeper into it.

Wow, someone whose average age of their collection is older than mine, and all of mine are from the 1980s. I played a good deal of Fathom back in the mid-80s, would love a chance to try it again to see if I've gotten any better-- it used to be frustrating as heck locking balls then almost never being able to unlock them.
Earthshaker leads my 'want to buy and is affordable' list. I remember having epic games on it back at the pizza place that had it. I figured out that my game score usually correlated to the time the game lasted-- pretty close to exactly a million a minute, for any game where I at least got replay.
If I had the money and the space I'd definitely have a Lord of the Rings and a Hobbit side-by-side. (For those of you who recognize where my username comes from, this should be the least surprising statement ever.)
I would dearly love to have an Addams Family but the price for one in any kind of decent condition is as much as I paid for all 5 machines I own.
