Three of my many cars, but the ones I use the most.

My dream car.
1998 Chrysler (not a Dodge!) Viper GTS.

My family hauler and daily driver.

My clown-car.

Quoted from Meegis:

At first, your post loaded on my phone with only one pic visible, so I was in shock when you said three of many and all I see are three vipers.
I thought it was a little excessive, but to each their own.
Then I scrolled.
Here is a screenshot of what I saw when I opened the thread.
[quoted image]

I disagree.
I would love to have all 3

Quoted from petebest:

These are some of my rides. Little torque here and there
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

FANTASTIC TA!
A real gem you have there!

Two bags of manure in the Viper wasn’t a brilliant idea.
Good thing is I always drive with windows down anyway

Quoted from psd4me:

Finally got my 1 and 1/2 year restore, modded 97 Cougar done just in time to take it to the Ford nationals in Carlise PA at the beginning of last month.

Rotisserie restoration of that real oddball car, well done!
You’re probably the only one who’s ever done it

Anyway, here’s a picture of my clown car after last night out.
Incredible how 46hp can be so much fun.

Quoted from psd4me:

Thanks. I might be the only one dumb enough but That's what the guys on TCcoA(Thunderbird, Cougar club of America ) were saying also lol. You don't necessarily need big horsepower to have fun. Yours looks good to.

Agreed.
I’m dumb enough of doing two restorations (well second one is still undergoing) of this Thunderturd.
Owned it since I was 14.

Got the Austin out for one last drive and now she’s tucked away in the garage. Small cars are handy.

And had the Viper out for a last wash of the season and while I cleaned up the garage.
Ready for some exhaust work this winter…

Quoted from RyanStl:

Dang, no way would I be able to get that out. Did you use jacks?

Solid rear axle so I just push it in until the front bumper almost hits the wall and then just jack up the rear and push it in.
Easy 1 man job, only takes a few minutes.

I’ve had so many projects for a while that I’ve forgotten about my Viper the last few years.
Got to work on the exhaust finally. Mounting a flex pipe as it keeps cracking all over the place.
Notice, it’s only mocked up at this moment.

Quoted from Strummy:

Must be nice to be able to forget about a Viper
Beautiful car

I’m guessing you meant to quote me.
Well my other projects aren’t as nice.
Building an engine for my ‘71 Ranchero, and rebuilding the engine for my ‘63 Austin A40.
Together with lots of pinball projects.
And building on my ‘88 Tbird

No I feel I’ve neglected the Viper too much lately. Way too many cars and projects…

Here’s 3 of the cars at least.

Quoted from Strummy:

Is that a Trabant too?
Reminds me of this:[quoted image]

Oh no, it’s not that cool.
It’s a 1963 Austin A40 Farina.

Picked up a MINT 18k mile ‘85 Corvette a few weeks ago.
Been in storage since the mid 90s apart from one graduation cruise in 2001.
Still has the factory tires on original rims but those are unusable thus the newer 17” wheels on it now.
A true collectors car apart from the fact that it’s not a Z51.

Quoted from transprtr4u:

Need a Viper Night Driving in there...
Nice rides!

Quoted from pinmister:

Yes Viper Tim-definitely needs a Viper Night Driving in that lineup

If only I got a penny for every time I hard that then I would’ve had it no it’s a difficult pin to find in Sweden and maybe overall?

Yesterday was last day of the year for the Viper.
Winter is officially coming…

Quoted from jsyjay:

So yesterday I had a massive (mini) adventure!
I flew the redeye out to Heathrow, London then took three trains and a taxi to collect my turbocharged classic mini.
Then I had a 4 hour drive to Portsmouth followed by a 12 hour overnight ferry arriving back home at 7am this morning, almost exactly 24 hours after I left.
I probably don't need to tell any of you this but driving a classic mini for four hours on the motorway when you're 6'1" is like a slow form of torture.
So happy to finally have it home and it pulls like a train on boost!
155hp 145lbft 1350lbs
[quoted image][quoted image][quoted image][quoted image]

Awesome little thing!
I have the big brother but it’s fun in another sense.
It’s just a stock car with the 46hp 1098 in it.
Dead slow, sounds like a rally car and just stupidly fun in a weird way.
I’ve driven it quite a lot, around 4000km this summer alone but I’ve yet to make a really stupid trip with it. I want to drive it from Sweden to England just for the sake of it.
